1. Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is the sole proprietor Liminovych Ivan Dmytrovych, tax ID 3634400392 ("we"). Send questions about personal data to fastsite007@gmail.com.

We process data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash).
Website data: business name, contacts, texts and images you enter in the builder.
Payment data: amount, package, payment status. Card details are handled by the payment service; we never receive or store them.
Domain data: the details a registrar needs to register a domain name.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, request logs.

3. Why we process it

to create, host and maintain your website;
to take payment and perform the agreement;
to register and connect your domain;
to send service messages about payments, your site's reservation and changes to your account;
to protect the service from abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only those without whom the service cannot be provided: payment services, domain registrars, hosting and email providers. Each processes the data only for its part of the service. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

4-1. Google Analytics data

If you connect your Google Analytics account to the service, we get read-only access (the analytics.readonly scope) to the statistics of your Google Analytics 4 property: numbers of visitors, sessions and page views, the most viewed pages and traffic sources, and the list of your properties so you can choose the right one. We store only an encrypted token that lets us request these reports.

We use this data solely to show you your site’s statistics in the control panel. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, use it for advertising or profiling, or use it to train AI models. Our staff do not read this data unless you ask for technical support or the law requires it.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Analytics at any time under “Statistics → Google Analytics”, and we will delete the stored token. You can also revoke access in your Google account settings: myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Cookies

We use cookies needed to sign you in, remember your language and protect forms. An unfinished builder form is kept by your browser, not on our server.

6. How long we keep it

Account and website data are kept while the account exists. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. An unpaid website stays in your account until you delete it.

Messages sent through the "Contact us" form are deleted 12 months after they arrive. Messages from forms on sites built with the builder, and bookings (12 months after the visit date), are deleted automatically after 12 months, and job applications after 6 months. A newsletter subscriber is deleted as soon as they unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You may ask which of your data we process, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to fastsite007@gmail.com.

8. Changes

A new version is published on this page and applies from the moment it is published.
