Payment and service delivery

1. How to pay

Prices on the pricing page are in Ukrainian hryvnias. The amount due is shown before you pay and does not change afterwards.

• By Visa or Mastercard card. You pay on the secure page of the LiqPay payment service (JSC CB PrivatBank).
• By invoice. The invoice is sent to your email and can be paid by transfer from a business current account.

A package is paid for once, with no subscription fee. A domain name is paid for separately, once a year.

2. Payment security

You enter your card details only on the LiqPay page. We never receive or store them.

The connection is protected by TLS, and the payment is confirmed with 3-D Secure: the bank that issued your card may ask for a code from a text message or a confirmation in its app.

3. When the service is delivered

The service is delivered online. Nothing is shipped.

• Building and previewing the website: at once and free of charge, before payment.
• Publishing the website: automatically, as soon as the payment service confirms the payment. For a card payment this takes a few seconds.
• A payment by invoice is matched automatically within 10 minutes of the money reaching our account, when the amount is exactly the invoiced one and the payment reference names the invoice number. Otherwise we confirm it by hand within a business day.
• Your own domain is registered, given its DNS records and an SSL certificate, and attached to the website automatically, usually within a few minutes of payment. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to spread across the internet.
• A .ua domain can only be registered on a trademark registered in Ukraine. How long it takes depends on the registrar: we file the application first and ask you to pay only once the registry approves it.

If the website is missing details it needs before it can be published, we tell you what to fill in. It is published as soon as you do.

4. Renewing a domain

A domain is registered for one year. 30 days before the term ends we send you a reminder by email, and you renew the domain from your panel. Nothing is charged to your card automatically.

5. Refunds

The terms and timing of refunds are set out in section 6 of the Public offer. Money is refunded by the same method it was paid with.
