Public offer
Version of 28.09.2026.
1. General
1.1. This document is a public offer by the sole proprietor Liminovych Ivan Dmytrovych, tax ID 3634400392 (the "Provider"), to enter into an agreement for the creation and hosting of a website (the "Agreement") with any person (the "Customer") on the terms below.
1.2. The Agreement is concluded when the Customer pays for the chosen package (acceptance of the offer).
1.3. By paying for a package, the Customer confirms having read and fully accepted this offer and the Privacy Policy.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Provider gives the Customer access to the website builder, creates a website from the chosen template, hosts it and connects the Customer's domain.
2.2. The scope of the service (number of websites and pages, available blocks and modules) is defined by the package the Customer chose, as described on the pricing page at the time of payment.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Prices are stated on the Provider's website. A package is paid for once, with no monthly subscription, unless the package description explicitly says otherwise.
3.2. Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard card through the LiqPay payment service, or by bank transfer against an invoice, and is complete when the funds reach the Provider's account. How to pay and when the service is delivered is described on the “Payment and service delivery” page.
3.3. A domain name is not part of the package. Its registration is paid separately, for one year, at the price shown when it is ordered. The Customer pays to renew it for each following year; the Provider sends a reminder 30 days before the term ends. Nothing is charged automatically.
3.4. Moving to a more expensive package costs the difference between the two prices.
4. Rights and obligations
4.1. The Provider shall:
- keep the website online and give the Customer access to the control panel;
- connect the domain, the TLS certificate and the DNS records after payment;
- keep the Customer's data confidential except where the law requires otherwise.
4.2. The Customer shall:
- provide accurate information when signing up;
- not publish material that breaks the law or the rights of third parties;
- be responsible for the content they publish.
4.3. The Provider may suspend a website whose content breaks the law or this Agreement, notifying the Customer by email.
5. Keeping a website before payment
5.1. A website created before payment is kept in the Customer's account with no time limit, until the Customer publishes it or deletes the website or the account.
6. Refunds
6.1. The Customer may withdraw from the Agreement and request a refund within 14 days of payment, provided no domain has yet been registered in their name. The cost of a registered domain is not refundable.
6.2. Refund requests are sent to fastsite007@gmail.com. Refunds are made by the original payment method within 7 business days.
7. Liability
7.1. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties, domain registrars, payment services or force majeure.
7.2. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount the Customer paid under the Agreement.
8. Other terms
8.1. The Provider may change this offer by publishing a new version on the website. Services already paid for remain under the version in force at the time of payment.
8.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of Ukraine.
